Typically, our Client Services Team will set up weekly check-in meeting with our partners and field incoming inquiries and requests as they come in. All Account Managers meet together on a regular basis and are up-to-date on how all partners are using the platform to navigate the Social world, making each Sprinklr Account Manager a Social expert, both knowledgeable of and flexible among various partner’s needs, requests and concerns.
