Luca Lazzaron joins Sprinklr as CRO, bringing 20+ years of enterprise software leadership to oversee global sales and solutions consultants
New York, NY – November 20, 2017 – Sprinklr, built from the ground up to help enterprises communicate across social channels and collaborate across internal silos as the first unified customer experience management platform, today announced the appointment of Luca Lazzaron as Chief Revenue Officer. Lazzaron’s extensive experience leading enterprise sales at high-growth software companies will support Sprinklr’s mission to define and lead the CXM industry with a new class of enterprise software purpose-built for today’s social world.
Lazzaron, Sprinklr’s first CRO, excels at guiding enterprise technology companies through major transitions including IPOs and rapid growth, and brings with him a range of experience, from advising startups to developing operational management at Fortune 500 corporations. He joins Sprinklr with more than 20 years of experience driving global sales and customer success at leading software companies such as BMC Software, Cisco, and BladeLogic.
In his capacity as CRO, Lazzaron will oversee Sprinklr’s Sales, Solutions Consultants, and Sales Enablement teams. He will focus on hiring and developing the best people in the market and, drawing from experience executing similar programs at category-leading companies, will focus on rallying the entire organization on a shared sales process and go-to-market playbook.
Through the first three quarters of 2017, Sprinklr unveiled the first customer experience management platform purpose-built for social, grew to 1,500+ employees in 20 global offices, signed the largest deal in the company’s history, and added John Chambers as a board member.
