Each partnership with Sprinklr comes with access to a dedicated team of Client Services, made up of a diverse group of talented Sprinklrites.

From the beginning of the onboarding process to daily questions and support, the Client Services Team will be there for you.

Have a question about a basic platform feature? Have an inquiry about a New Feature Release? Need some advice on specific outreach strategies? Give your Success Manager a call; we are here for you and with you.

Typically, our Client Services Team will set up weekly check-in meeting with our partners and field incoming inquiries and requests as they come in. All Success Managers meet together on a regular basis and are up-to-date on how all partners are using the platform to navigate the Social world, making each Sprinklr Success Manager a Social expert, both knowledgeable of and flexible among various partner's needs, requests and concerns.
