New York, NY – May 28, 2021 – Sprinklr, the unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform for modern enterprises, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
Sprinklr intends to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "CXM."
Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, Barclays, and Wells Fargo Securities will act as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering, and JMP Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Oppenheimer & Co., Stifel and William Blair will act as co-managers for the offering.
