Here’s the news — Sprinklr was deemed “the most powerful technology in the market” in a recent publication from Forrester. The Forrester Wave™: Social Relationship Platforms (SRP), Q2 2013 report also identified Sprinklr as being a strong performer (both in current offering and strategy) when put through a comprehensive 49-criteria evaluation.
Since our founding in 2009, our focus has been to build the most comprehensive, integrated infrastructure to help large organizations to be social across all channels, functions, and levels. The Forrester results mean we are on the right path. It also reaffirms our belief that enterprises must harness the power of social to be truly successful. In order to realize their visions, these brands need to adopt transformative technologies enabling them to connect their social channels… and ultimately connect with their customers.
There’s still a lot to do. Helping enterprises to BE social is an ongoing undertaking. After all, social is a constantly evolving force. But we’re excited for the journey ahead. And we’re excited to help our current and future clients get there.
