Can you share more about your role and what you do at Sprinklr?

I am currently working in the capacity of Vice President in the Engineering team at Sprinklr, and have been a part of this family for more than 6 years. I have seen Sprinklr grow tremendously as a leading software company.

What’s one of the best parts of working in Sprinklr’s Engineering Department?

Endless opportunities. At Sprinklr, we are exposed to various challenges regularly and are committed to deliver only the best. Learning is immense, helping your career to progress at an extremely rapid rate. All teams are supportive, appreciative, and the work is always recognized.

What are the most exciting lessons you’ve learned?

Accountability and ownership. I always feel that it’s my product that I am working on, and I am the one who is owning it. It’s the feeling of belonging — I never feel like an employee. I have always felt like Sprinklr is my family.
