Today, we’re spotlighting Chinmay Chaudhary, Senior Director, Engineering, who shared his thoughts on working at Sprinklr.

Can you share more about your role and what you do at Sprinklr?

I manage and build high-performance teams of front-end engineers to create Sprinklr’s next generation of effective Web Applications.

What’s one of the most rewarding parts of working in Sprinklr’s Engineering Department?

It’s an extremely challenging and rapidly developing environment. There’s an incredible influx of product ideas from the ELT, product management, product design, and other teams that eventually come to us for development. What else do I need!

It’s like we are the pastry chefs sitting in a kitchen and someone is bringing us the greatest ideas for making the most scrumptious pastries ever. I feel I am immensely lucky to be entrusted with the responsibilities of baking these pastries.

What’s one of the most intriguing things you’ve learned as part of this team?

Human relationships are extremely vital. You spend 8 hours a day, 5 days a week working, and if you don’t enjoy the process, it serves nothing. It is the relationships you have with your colleagues that will make or break it for you. They demand a genuine investment, and I am always excited to be on this team.

What makes Sprinklr’s approach to innovation different?

The cornerstone of our approach to innovation is to build effective products, and when you see the world through that lens, you innovate for the right reasons. When we see an opportunity we sprint toward it, but, at the same time, we also position ourselves in a way that allows us to pivot quickly and produce things the right way. This combination of agility and resilience is our leading edge. Just look at the work we were able to produce with the COVID dashboard. We already had an offering, we could quickly understand the demand and deliver an enhanced experience. Extremely proud of the team.

Which Sprinklr value do you associate with the most?

“Passionately, genuinely care” resonates the most with me. I am privileged to see the teams consistently do this for one another.
