A seasoned and well-respected technology industry executive with experience in building enterprise-grade systems, Ragy previously was the president of Epsilon’s Interactive Services Group (formerly Epsilon Interactive). As president of Epsilon’s Interactive Services Group, Ragy oversaw the division’s rapid growth and expansion to more than $100 million in annual sales worldwide. Before being named president, he served as CTO of Epsilon Interactive, where he was chief architect of the company’s market-leading email technology platform. Ragy, a member of Mensa, received his M.B.A. in Finance and IT from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his Bachelor’s of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Pondicherry University, India.
Murali is a former executive at Cisco Systems Inc., where he held several key leadership roles including serving as the lead for the acquisition integration practice for Cisco Engineering as well as developing the strategy and managing global data center operations. Murali was on the senior leadership team of three startups before Cisco’s acquisition of Dynamicsoft. Murali also spent nearly 10 years in product development at Alcatel-Lucent/AT&T Bell Labs where he worked on flagship products including the Lucent Softswitch. Murali has a degree in Electrical and Electronics from the Birla Institute of Technology + Science in Pilani, India, a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Wright State University and an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern.
Scott brings two decades of strategic marketing, consulting, analysis and research leadership experience to Sprinklr. Most recently, as Executive Director, Strategy and Planning at Wirestone, Scott led a team of 15 marketing, social media and technology analysts and researchers to develop strategic solutions designed to help brands understand how digital technologies and tools are changing the way they connect with people. Prior to Wirestone, Scott was the Brand Manager at BMW of North America, Inc. and a Marketing and Media Analyst at Forrester Research. He received his Master’s of International Relations from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and B.A. in Political Science from Union College.
With previous social experience at both Hearst and Target, Elizabeth is no stranger to building successful social programs in large organizations. She has a proven track record of moving traditional organizations onto the web and into the social stream with significant achievements spanning content development, technology innovation and online/offline marketing. For example, her Social Commerce initiative at Target was projected to bring in over $100 million in sales in 2012. Elizabeth holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in International Studies, Political Science and European Studies.
Prior to joining Sprinklr in February 2012, Jeremy was the Founder/CEO of Never Stop Marketing, an international consulting firm which served F50 clients such as Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft. Jeremy served as the lead instructor for Microsoft’s global Digital and Social Marketing training programs. He has spoken in 17 different countries and worked in Frankfurt and Tokyo. Jeremy has a B.A. in History and a double minor in Economics & German from Johns Hopkins University and studied International Relations and Marketing in Germany and Japan.
Michael Logan brings 23 years experience in strategic software sales to Sprinklr. With experience at HP and as a foundation member of Aprimo Marketing, Michael brings a customer focused orientation to the sales and implementation process. While at Aprimo, Michael established and grew enterprise deployments by serving clients in Marketing Process and Agency collaboration. Prior to Aprimo, Michael served various leadership and sales roles at PTC and Eastman Kodak. He has a degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
