Ragy Thomas, CEO + Founder
Ragy is a prescient technology voice and visionary, who has played an instrumental role in the evolution of two business critical channels for the enterprise – email and social. He founded Sprinklr in 2009 with the belief that brand leaders who intend to be relevant and thrive must go beyond just ‘doing social’ to being social, at scale. Sprinklr, the industry’s only native social relationship infrastructure, was designed to power the conversation economy through brands that build real, human relationships with people.
Ragy also serves as chairman of the board of directors of Kenscio, a leading digital marketing services company he founded, focused on the Asian market. Prior to founding Sprinklr and Kenscio, he was president of the Interactive Services Group at Epsilon (formerly known as Epsilon Interactive), a division of the world’s largest marketing services company. During his tenure as president, Ragy led his division of Epsilon through rapid growth to approximately $100 million in annual sales worldwide and 600 associates in 23 offices spread across 11 countries. His prior start-up experiences include email marketing companies Advaya and Bigfoot Interactive, where he was the Chief Technology Officer. Advaya was sold to Bigfoot Interactive in 2001. Bigfoot Interactive was sold to Epsilon in 2005 for over for over $120 million.
Ragy received his M.B.A. in Finance and IT from NYU’s Stern and his Bachelor’s in Technology in Computer Science in Engineering from Pondicherry University, India.
Murali Swaminathan, COO
After receiving his Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Wright State University and an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern, Murali became an executive at Cisco Systems Inc., where he held several key leadership roles. These included the principal lead for the acquisition integration practice for Cisco Engineering, as well as developing the strategy and managing its global data center operations. At Sprinklr, he runs the Engineering, Operations and Services divisions, helping to drive the company forward.
Chris Lynch, CFO
Chris is a financial executive with extensive knowledge in technology software and advertising businesses. In his current role, he is working to maximize Sprinklr’s opportunities for overall growth and international expansion. Chris is best known for his work at Bazaarvoice and his key role in its successful IPO. Through innovative thinking and diagnostic problem solving, Chris has led global finance organizations through periods of rapid growth. He brings passion for a high growth technology environment to his role at Sprinklr.
Jan Zlotnick, CMO
Jan leads the company’s global branding, marketing strategy and creative direction. Passionate about propelling Sprinklr to the top of the SRI industry, Jan wants every brand to know that scaling real, social relationships is only possible through Sprinklr’s social relationship infrastructure. Jan comes most recently from the financial services space, as the CMO of GlobeOp and, before that, from the ad agency world as a writer, creative director and brand strategist-planner for clients such as I Love NY, BMW Motorcycles, Ilford and Guess Leather. Jan led his own agency, The Zlotnick Group, in Tribeca from 2000 to 2010.
Scott Doniger, SVP of Strategy + Services
Scott has two decades of experience in strategic marketing, consulting, analysis and leadership roles, in which he specialized in connecting brands and people through forward-thinking technology. He currently works with Sprinklr’s strategy, marketing, client and professional services teams to help set new standards on brand equity and thought leadership. Prior to joining Sprinklr, Scott was executive director of strategy and planning at Wirestone. Here, he guided a team of 15 marketing, social media, and technology analysts to develop solutions that help brands better understand how to connect with people through digital technologies. He received his Master’s in International Relations from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
Michael Logan, VP of Sales
Michael Logan brings 23 years’ experience in strategic software sales to Sprinklr, specializing in developing customer-focused orientation through the sales process. He was a founding member of Aprimo Marketing, establishing and growing enterprise deployments by serving clients in the marketing process and agency collaboration. Before Aprimo, Michael held various leadership and sales roles at PTC and Eastman Kodak. He has a degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
Jeremy Epstein, VP of Marketing
Jeremy joined the team in February 2012. Prior to Sprinklr, he was the founder and CEO of Never Stop Marketing, an international consulting firm that served Fortune 500 clients including Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft. Jeremy believes that technology such as Sprinklr’s has the potential to connect a socially disjointed world. He has a B.A. in History and a double minor in Economics and German from Johns Hopkins University; he also studied international relations and marketing in Germany and Japan.
Rob Peacock, VP of Strategic Alliances
Rob is a technology pioneer with more than 16 years’ experience managing digital transformations and omnichannel strategies, most recently serving as the director of business strategy at Sapient Nitro. Before that, during his time at BEAM Interactive, he led award-winning campaigns for top brands like Puma and Bed Bath & Beyond. Rob was awarded a Cannes Lion for his role in planning Puma’s Together Everywhere 2008 pan-European event, and is recognized for leading the first flash applications for the Bed Bath & Beyond bridal planner in 2004. As a value creator and strategic thinker, Rob believes in reinventing the culture of enterprise software for the current wave of Social Relationship Infrastructure.
