It is important to know where you stand against the top competitors in your industry. Along with the ability to set up dashboards with your known competitors, Sprinklr Benchmarking also offers the ability to track and benchmark against unknown industry competitors using the Industry Rank dashboard.

To access the Industry Rank standard dashboard

1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Insights, click Benchmarking Dashboards within Learn. ​

2. On the Benchmarking Dashboards homepage, click the dropdown icon and go to Standard Dashboards.

3. Expand the Standard Dashboard options and select Customer Service.

4. Also, Standard dashboards can be accessed and filtered out in the Benchmarking Home using the Type filter. Select Dashboard to display only the standard dashboards.

Add relevant Industry to populate the data in the widgets.

Use case of Industry Rank dashboard

This dashboard shows a single scorecard widget that ranks the brands within the industry. The brands are ranked with respect to every metric and an overall score is calculated on a scale of 0-400 based on the metrics in the scorecard. The dashboard can be powered by selecting the relevant industries for your Brand using the Industry or Parent Industry dimensions. Once selected, the Brands for the industry will be automatically populated in the dashboard and can be benchmarked against each other.
