The following eligibility requirements apply to all entrants (each an “Eligible Entrant”):

1. Must be current customers of Sprinklr, Inc. (“Sprinklr”);
2. Must not be employed by a government agency, be a government official or be a government entity;
3. Be at least 21 years or older to be eligible to participate;
4. Be permitted to participate in this Awards pursuant to their internal policies and rules; and
5. Either self-nominate or be nominated for participation in the Awards through the Unifier Awards Online Nomination Form by the stated deadline, outlined below.
   

Residents of the following countries are not considered Eligible Entrants: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria.

No purchase, entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase is necessary to participate in the Awards. The Awards will run from February 19, 2024 at 9:00 AM Pacific until Thursday, March 24, 2024 at 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time (the “Awards Period”).  Sprinklr reserves the right to extend this Awards Period beyond the stated time and will notify all Eligible Entrants of such an extension via email. 
To enter, Eligible Entrants must:

1. Either self-nominate or be nominated for participation in the Awards through the CXUnifier Awards Online Nomination Form by March 17, 2024, at 11:59 PM Pacific at this link.
2. Multiple entries from the same company or individual may be submitted to be considered for different categories. Improperly submitted or incomplete entries are ineligible. 

All methods of entry will be considered equally and have an equal chance of winning. All submissions must include a submitter’s profile, nominee’s profile (if applicable), and entry details.  Winners will be publicly announced at the 2024 Sprinklr CXUnifers event. Winners agree to be featured on the mainstage at the 2024 Sprinklr CXUnifers event.
Nominations and submissions may not:

1. Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable. 
2. Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age. 
3. Infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person. 
4. Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Official Rules. 
5. Be likely to deceive any person.  
6. Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promotes or assist with any unlawful act.  
7. Give the impression that the content emanates from or is endorsed by Sprinklr or any other person or entity if this is not the case. 
8. Contain personal information without express written consent of the individual to be included in this Awards submission; or 
9. Contain the image of any person who did not consent to be included in the nomination or submission.  

Any personal information submitted through an entry or nomination is subject to Sprinklr’s Privacy Policy found at www.sprinklr.com/privacy. All submissions become the property of Sprinklr.   

Submissions will be judged by the following criteria from a panel of Sprinklr stakeholders and accomplished external professionals:

1. Unifiers: ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences through innovative uses of the Sprinklr platform, collaboration with Sprinklr, and use of Sprinklr to drive social impact.  
2. Service: visionary use of Sprinklr to deliver exemplary customer service, including through the use of Artificial Intelligence.  
3. Social: exceptional creativity, innovation, and impact in the use of Sprinklr to drive social media marketing.  

All winners will be notified by email  by April 15, 2024 by 5:00 PM Pacific. If a potential winner does not acknowledge Sprinklr’s communication and fails to return any of the sponsor required documents (e.g., winner releases) within seventy-two (72) hours of Sprinklr sending out its notification emails, Sprinklr will select another prize winner. 

[#] of prizes will be awarded the winner of each CXUnifier Award category and may include tickets and reasonable travel expenses to attend a Sprinklr CXUnifiers Event. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the prizewinner.  Sprinklr reserves the right to replace the prize with similar products or services that are of equal or lesser value than identified in the Official Rules.  No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and noncash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Sprinklr in its sole discretion. Prizewinner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes. If applicable, prizewinner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. 

Except for where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sprinklr the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including, without limitation, any online use) the winning organization and all individual submissions names, address, voice, statement, picture, or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sprinklr.  

All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Awards, agree to release Sprinklr, its agents, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising, or promotional agencies, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the Awards, including submitting an entry into the Awards or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Awards, the receipt, ownership or use of or participation in any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity, any typographical or other error in these Official Rules, or the announcement of or offering of any prize. Sprinklr makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize.
