Adobe Experience Manager Integration

The Sprinklr and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) integration enables marketing teams to efficiently manage and utilize digital assets across both platforms. It provides asset discovery, supports multiple file types such as images, videos, and documents, and ensures real‑time metadata synchronization to streamline campaign planning and execution.

By connecting AEM with Sprinklr, the integration creates a unified content ecosystem that enhances collaboration, simplifies workflows, and ensures consistent brand messaging across more than 30 digital channels.

Note: This integration must be configured by a Sprinklr Technical Consultant (TC). To enable it in your environment, reach out to your Success Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a support ticket at tickets@sprinklr.com.

Prerequisites

  • Active Sprinklr account with necessary product(s) configured

  • AEM Cloud or On-premise v6.5.0 or above

  • Optimized default query configuration for AEM instance.

  • Proper firewall/IP whitelist settings

  • Authentication credentials (OAuth, OAuth 2, JWT, or Basic Auth)

Using Sprinklr and AEM Integration

After the integration is complete, AEM becomes available in the Media Uploader. This means that wherever the Media Uploader is accessible, you can also access AEM.

Access AEM Assets in DAM

Follow these steps to access AEM assets in Sprinklr DAM:

1. Click the New Page (+) icon to open the Launchpad.

2. Under the Sprinklr Social tab > Engage, click Assets to open DAM.

3. On the DAM screen, click Create Asset in the top-right corner.

4. From the asset type dropdown, select either Photo or Video.

This opens the Media Uploader window.

5. On the Media Uploader window, click the AEM tab.

This will load assets from AEM in real time.

6. Select an asset from the AEM tab and click Add in the bottom‑right corner.

This opens the Create New Asset window.

7. In the Create New Asset window, enter the asset details such as Name, Description, Campaigns, and other relevant fields. When finished, click Save in the bottom‑right corner of the window.

8. Once you click Save, the asset is imported into DAM.

You can then use this assets for campaign planning and engagement across the channels supported by Sprinklr.

Access AEM Assets Using Quick Publish

Follow these steps to access AEM assets in Sprinklr DAM:

​1. Click the New Page (+) icon to open the Launchpad.

2. Under the Sprinklr Social tab > Engage, click Quick Publish.

The Create Post window opens.

3. From the Select Accounts dropdown, search and select the required account.

4. Enter the content for the post in the Message or Content box, depending on which field is displayed.

5. Click Photo or Video to add an AEM asset using the Media Uploader.

6. ​In the Create Post window, enter the required information for your post, then click Post in the bottom‑right corner to publish it.

Bidirectional Support

The Sprinklr and AEM integration supports bi‑directional synchronization, ensuring that changes made to an asset in AEM are reflected in Sprinklr, and changes made in Sprinklr are synchronized back to AEM. For metadata or custom information, the relevant properties must be mapped during integration setup.
