Get Records Node
Updated
The Get Records node retrieves records from the Sprinklr database based on the configured filter conditions. You can retrieve either a single record or multiple records, with a maximum limit of 100 records per execution. The node also provides sorting options to control the order in which records are returned.
The retrieved data is stored in a user-defined output variable. The structure of the variable depends on the number of records returned:
Single record: The output variable stores the record as an object.
Multiple records: The output variable stores the records as an array of objects.
For example, if the retrieved records are stored in a variable named getProfile, the data can be referenced in subsequent nodes, such as Update Properties. To use the retrieved values, select getProfile from the All Resources section and then choose the required property from the returned record.
Note: Records retrieved using the Get Records node are automatically refreshed at regular intervals to ensure the latest data from the Sprinklr database is returned. This allows Integration Workflows to use the most up-to-date record information during execution.
Supported Fields
Field | Description |
Name | Give a unique name to your node. |
Entity Type | Select the entity type of your choice from the dropdown. |
Number of Records to Get | Set whether to retrieve a Single record or Multiple records. |
Filter Records | Define filter conditions to narrow down the data you want to fetch. AND & OR logic can be used to combine additional conditions. |
Output Variable | The variable in which the fetched record(s) will be stored. |
Exception Variable | The variable that stores error details if the node fails to fetch records. |
Sort Records By | Select the field to sort records by from the dropdown. |
Sort Order | Choose whether records should be sorted in ascending or descending order. |

Note:
You can fetch a maximum of 100 records at a time.
If a single record is fetched, the Output Variable will be an object. If multiple records are fetched, it will be an array of objects.
If the Get Records node does not return any results, the Output Variable is set to null, rather than retaining values from a previous workflow execution.
