Overview

The Sprinklr platform is designed to provide individual brands a Customer-Workspace structure. The Customer level represents your global, brand-wide entity. The Workspace-level represents local divisions, departments, or regions within that global brand entity. Each brand will have a single Customer and may contain multiple Workspaces.

Some users have access to all Workspaces within a Customer, whereas other users may have access to fewer Workspaces. The Workspaces access for any user depends on the Customer admin's discretion.

If you have access to multiple Workspace environments, you can switch between these environments at any time within the platform.

Navigate Between Client Environments

1. In the main menu hover over your username and click Switch Workspace.

2. Select the Workspace you wish to switch to from the Workspace drop-down list.

3. Click Switch.
