Deployment Modalities

Deployment modalities define the input and output capabilities of AI models, such as text, image, audio, or video processing. Understanding these modalities is essential because it helps you select the right model for your use case. For example:

• If you need text generation from images, choose a model that supports Image → Text.

• For embedding generation, select a model designed for Text → Embeddings.

• For image creation, use models that support Text → Image.

Choosing the correct modality ensures optimal performance, cost efficiency, and accurate results.
