Copy Data from Production to Premium Sandbox

For Premium Sandboxes, you have the additional option to copy the Listening Mentions and SAM Assets data from Production to Sandbox.
The option to transfer Listening Mentions and SAM Assets is available if your current environment is a Production or Premium Sandbox and the destination environment is a Premium Sandbox.
Accessing the Outbound Change Sets page
The steps to access the Sandbox Outbound Change Sets Page depend on whether your environment uses the Classic All Settings UI or the New All Settings UI.
Access Sandbox Outbound Change Sets Page in Classic All Settings UI
Follow the steps below to access the Outbound Change Set in Classic All Settings UI:
Navigate to Launchpad. Under the Platform Modules, click All Settings within Settings.
On the Platform Settings window, click Sandbox Manager from the left pane and select Outbound Change Sets in the right pane.
Access Sandbox Outbound Change Sets Page in New All Settings UI
Follow the steps below to access the Outbound Change Sets page in New All Settings UI:
Navigate to Launchpad. Under the Platform Modules, click All Settings within Settings.
On the Settings window, under General, click Sandbox Manager from the left pane and select Outbound Change Sets.
To Transfer the Data Using Outbound Change Set
On the Outbound Change Sets window, click Create New in the top right corner.
On the Outbound Change Sets window, fill in the required details. For more information, see Outbound Change Set — Field Descriptions. Select a Premium Sandbox as the Destination and Listening Mention or Asset as the Entities to Transfer.
Click Save in the bottom right corner.
Once the Outbound Change Set is successfully sent, deploy the same in the destination environment using the deploy option under Inbound Change Set.
Points to Remember
Transferring the listening mentions/asset data is an intensive process and takes a good amount of time.
Do not send any configuration changes along with the listening mentions/assets in the Change Set.
You cannot Rollback a Change Set that has Listening Mentions or Assets, once deployed.
