A vanity URL is a unique web address that is branded for marketing purposes. It is easy to remember, share and can be used for publishing.

Sprinklr supports two types of vanity URLs: Sprinklr Vanity URLs and third-party Vanity URLs which can be created with the pro domain of a URL shortener. Sprinklr allows you to create Vanity URLs using the following URL shorteners:

• bitly
• sprly
• post
• canary
• ariba

To Add a Vanity URL

1. Click Launchpad or New Tab . Under Platform Modules, select All Settings within Settings.
2. From the left pane, under Products, expand Sprinklr Social.
3. From the left pane, Click Vanity URLs and then click Add Vanity URL available on the top right.

5. On the Create Vanity URL window, enter Vanity URL details. For more information, see Create Vanity URL—Field Descriptions.
   
6. In the bottom right corner of the window, click Save.
