Once you have added a URL Shortener within Sprinklr, you can view and edit your URL Shortener details and deactivate/activate or remove the URL Shortener permanently.

To Edit a URL Shortener

1. Click Launchpad or New Tab . Under Platform Modules, select All Settings within Settings.

2. From the left pane, expand General Settings, and then select URL Shorteners.

3. Hover over the desired URL Shorteners Options icon  and select Edit.

4. In the Update URL window, edit the URL Shorteners details and click Save in the bottom right corner to save the changes.

To Delete a URL Shortener

1. Click Launchpad or New Tab . Under Platform Modules, select All Settings within Settings.

2. From the left pane, expand General Settings, and then select URL Shorteners.

3. Hover over the desired URL Shorteners Options icon  and select Delete.

4. In the Delete URL Shortener pop-up window, click Delete to delete the URL Shortener permanently.

To Deactivate or Activate a URL Shortener

1. Click Launchpad or New Tab . Under Platform Modules, select All Settings within Settings.

2. From the left pane, expand General Settings, and then select URL Shorteners.

3. Hover over the desired URL Shorteners Options icon  and select Deactivate.

4. To activate a deactivated URL Shortener, hover over the URL Shortener's Options icon  and select the Activate option.
