For each account, you can set a default URL from our list of URL Shortener partners. You can select an account and set a default URL shortener to that account.

To Set Default URL Shortener to an Owned Social Account

1. Click the New Tab icon  . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Owned Social Accounts within Listen.

2. Hover over the desired account's Options icon  and select Edit.

   

3. In the Update Account window, select the Default URL Shortener from the drop-down list of URL Shortener partners.

   

4. Next, make the desired changes to the account and click Save in the bottom right corner to update the account details.
