Configure an Integration Flow Using the Integration Canvas

The Integration Canvas is the central workspace for designing and managing workflows in Sprinklr. It provides a visual, user-friendly interface that allows you to:
Create and configure workflows
Add and connect different nodes
Define workflow logic and actions
Transform data between workflow steps
Build and manage end-to-end integrations
Each node represents a specific action or transformation within the workflow. By connecting nodes, you can define the sequence in which operations are performed.
Add a Node
To add a node to the Integration Canvas:
Click the Add Element (+) icon on the Canvas.
Select the required node from the list of available node types.
Configure the node based on your workflow requirements.
Connect the node to the appropriate step in the Integration Flow.

Save and Deploy Options
The Integration Canvas provides the following save options:
Option | Description |
Save as Draft | Saves the current workflow configuration without deploying it. Use this option when the workflow is still being configured, when you want to preserve your progress, or when you plan to continue working on the flow later. |
Save and Deploy | Saves the latest workflow configuration and deploys it. Once deployed, the Integration Flow becomes active and is available for execution. |
