View Case Number During Calls in CTI

The CTI Widget displays the associated case number directly in the C360 panel during an active call. Agents can easily view and copy the case number, giving them quick access to the case number for context, collaboration, and troubleshooting. This removes the need to switch screens or search manually, helping agents work more efficiently and resolve issues faster during live calls.

Steps to View and Copy the Case Number

To view and copy a case number during a call, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the CTI widget.

  2. Attend a call through CTI.

    The associated case number appears in the CTI C360 panel.

  3. Hover over the case number to reveal the Copy button.

  4. Click Copy to quickly capture the case number.

You can then paste the copied number wherever needed, such as for follow-up.
