Global Admins can now bulk disable Generative AI (AI+) features across Sprinklr Service, Insights, Marketing, Advertising, and Social using a new toggle available under Global Features in the All Settings.

This enhancement provides better governance and control for organizations that need to restrict AI+ usage due to compliance, policy, or operational considerations.
