Sprinklr Social: 26.4.1 Release Notes
Updated
Sprinklr Social is a powerful platform for scaling social media efforts. It offers tools for publishing, engagement, reporting, and more across multiple channels. This release introduces new capabilities designed to elevate customer experiences at every touchpoint, delivering strong business impact.
Engagement
The following features are introduced in Engagement for improved experience and efficiency:
Configurable Media Blurring for NSFW and Objectionable Content
You can now choose to blur any media ingested into Sprinklr, regardless of whether it is flagged as NSFW (Not Safe for Work). This fully configurable feature allows you to control when and how media is blurred based on your organization’s preferences.
This blurring behavior is managed through the dynamic property (DP) MARK_MEDIA_AS_NSFW, which determines whether incoming media is automatically treated as sensitive. When the DP is enabled, all media in messages is flagged as NSFW, routed through the sensitive-content workflow, and displayed blurred by default until users choose to reveal it. When disabled, media follows standard processing and remains visible unless it is detected or manually marked as sensitive. To enable this capability, please contact the Support team at tickets@sprinklr.com. For more details, please refer to NSFW Content Blurring in Sprinklr Social.
Publishing
The following features are introduced in Publishing for improved experience and efficiency:
AI Assisted Indicator for Published Content
Sprinklr now displays an AI-Assisted indicator for content created using AI from Publisher or Reply window. Hovering or clicking the indicator shows a breakdown of AI features applied to each content element:
Caption/Description: Writing assistance features applied to text.
Social AI Features: Features applied for social optimization.
Image/Video: AI-generated images or videos used.
Thumbnail: AI-generated or selected thumbnail.
Accessibility: AI-generated alt text for media.

Discord Tagging Enhancements
Previously, tagging users in Discord servers via Sprinklr required entering a specific user ID, as usernames were not supported. With this update:
Users can now tag Discord members directly using their usernames, simplifying the tagging process.
Mentions for Discord roles are now supported, allowing posts to notify specific roles within a server.
These improvements streamline user and role tagging, enhancing collaboration and engagement in Discord posts. For more details, please refer to Publish to Discord.
Reporting
The following features are introduced in Reporting for improved experience and efficiency:
Facebook Reach Metrics: Deprecation and Replacement
Meta is deprecating Facebook Reach and a few granular Impressions metrics from its API effective June 15, 2026. Affected metrics will stop returning new data after this date; historical data already in Sprinklr is retained.
Replacement metrics, Media Viewers (Unique Views), will be available in Sprinklr from this release. Both legacy and replacement metrics are accessible in parallel until June 15, giving time to validate and transition.
Review custom dashboards & custom metrics, to update any references to deprecated metrics before the cutoff. For historical data continuity or backfill of post-level metrics, please refer to Facebook Reach Metrics Deprecation.
