Governance

The following feature is introduced in Sprinklr Governance:

View Rule Execution Path from Case Activity

Sprinklr now allows users to view the complete execution path of a case update rule directly from Case Activity. Clicking a rule entry opens a new tab showing the rule flow at the exact revision executed, with branches and actions highlighted.

This enhancement improves debugging, auditability, and overall automation transparency. For more information, refer to the View Rule Execution Path from Case Activity article.

Introducing MS Teams Connector

The MS Teams Connector app in the Sprinklr Marketplace enables you to connect Sprinklr with Microsoft Teams. With this integration, you can synchronize users, agent availability, and voice workflows across both platforms, helping your teams work more efficiently without switching tools.

The connector allows you to import Microsoft Teams users into Sprinklr, map users across systems, and configure two‑way status synchronization. Agent availability updates automatically reflect in both Sprinklr and Microsoft Teams, ensuring accurate routing and preventing interaction conflicts.

Sprinklr APIs

The following enhancements are introduced in Sprinklr APIs:

Publish Instagram Reels Using Publishing API

You can now publish organic Instagram Reels directly using the Publishing API. This update lets you create and publish Reels content on Instagram through your existing API workflows. You can publish videos in MP4 or MOV format, with a duration of up to 15 minutes.

This update helps you streamline content publishing and reduce manual effort. You can manage and scale your Instagram Reels publishing more efficiently using automated processes.

Introducing Update Message Properties with Attachment API

You can now update existing messages to include an attachment along with revised text. This update allows you to add media files to a message after it has been created to provide additional context or clarity. 

This API helps you correct or enrich messages without creating new ones. It allows you to share clearer information and reduce manual follow-up.

Read Message (Bulk) API: Attachment File Size Response Parameter

The Read Message (Bulk) API now includes the sizeInBytes parameter in the attachment object of the response. This parameter specifies the size of the attachment file in bytes, providing accurate media file size information directly in API responses. The following feature is introduced in Sprinklr Governance:

Sandbox Validation Framework – General Availability (GA)

The Sandbox Validation Framework for Deploying Inbound Change Sets is now Generally Available (GA).

The Sandbox Validation Framework enhances the reliability and efficiency of deploying inbound change sets by enabling pre-deployment validation within sandbox environments. This helps identify issues early and ensures smoother, error-free deployments to production.
