Queues Usage

Queue Usage allows users to view where a specific queue is referenced across various components such as process workflows, voice campaigns, rules, guided paths, and work queues. It provides visibility into dependencies, helping users assess the potential impact of changes and enabling efficient navigation to related workflows.
Configuring Entity Visibility in Queues
Perform the following steps to configure the entity visibility in queues:
Click the New Tab icon. Within the Sprinklr Service tab, click Unified Routing under Route.
Select Queues from the left-side pane.
Click the Options icon next to the corresponding queue and select View Usages.
The Usages screen opens on the third pane. All entities where the queue is being used are displayed.
Click View Workflow to edit the workflow of an entity where the queue is referenced.
The corresponding workflow opens for editing.
Note: Currently, editing workflows is supported only for IVR and ACW.
