Add Voicebot Latency Metrics to Reporting Dashboard

Sprinklr Reporting Dashboard now includes voicebot latency and processing metrics that allow you to analyze end-to-end voicebot responsiveness. These metrics are available as selectable fields in the Inbound Analytics data source and can be added to dashboards, widgets, reports, and data exports.
With these metrics, you can:
Identify latency bottlenecks in voice interactions
Track performance trends over time
Analyze voicebot efficiency without relying on backend logs
Steps to Add Voicebot Latency Metrics to a Dashboard
Follow these steps to create a dashboard and add voicebot latency metrics.
Step 1: Open Care Reporting
Click the New Tab icon.
Under Sprinklr Service, select Analyze.
Click Care Reporting.
Step 2: Create a dashboard
In the Reporting Dashboards window, click + Create Dashboard.
On the Create Dashboard screen:
Enter a Name.
Select a Starter Dashboard type.
(Optional) Add Folder and Tags.
Click Create.

Step 3: Add a widget
Open the newly created dashboard.
Click + Add Widget.
Step 4: Configure the widget
In the Edit Widget window:
Enter a Widget Name.
Select Inbound Analytics as the Data Source.
Under Select Metric/Dimension, add the required columns based on your reporting use case.
Select the relevant Voicebot Latency Metrics.
Voicebot Latency Metrics Available
You can add the following metrics to track voicebot performance:
Total Latency: Measures the total time from when the user stops speaking to when the voicebot starts speaking.
Trailing ASR Delay: Measures the time taken by the ASR system to finalize the transcript after user input ends.
Time to First Byte TTS TTFB: Measures the time taken to receive the first byte of audio after the TTS request is triggered.
Voice Bot Reply Text: Captures the text response generated by the voicebot during the interaction.

Step 5: Add the widget to the dashboard
After selecting the required metrics, click Add to Dashboard.
Review the widget to confirm the data is displayed correctly.

Result
The selected voicebot latency metrics are now available in your reporting dashboard and can be used across:
Dashboards
Widgets
Reports
Data exports
These metrics enable more effective voicebot monitoring, performance analysis, and operational optimization.
