Trigger an Application Without Rule Setup

You can directly trigger an AI Agent application from a Live Chat account without configuring multiple automation rules. This eliminates the need to set up inbound rules, scheduler engines, queue rules, and additional trigger rules, enabling faster application testing and activation.

Before You Begin

Ensure that the Live Chat account you plan to use does not have any other active rules configured in the environment.

Steps to Trigger an Application Without Rule Setup

  1. Create an AI Agent application.

  2. From the left navigation pane, go to Admin Panel.

  3. Click Trigger Application Without Rule Setup.

  4. From the Accounts drop-down menu, select the required account.

  5. Click the Application Testing icon in the lower-left corner.

  6. In the Initiate Test window, select the required Medium and Testing Account.

  7. Click Submit.

The application is triggered without requiring any rule configuration.
