AI Generated Content Disclosure for Social Publishing
Updated
Overview
To support evolving platform requirements and regulatory expectations, Sprinklr now allows publishers to explicitly disclose when social content has been created using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Many social platforms have introduced AI content transparency requirements and provide native labels to inform audiences when content has been generated or significantly modified using AI. This feature enables brands to comply with these platform requirements directly from Sprinklr.
Why This Matters
Transparency around AI-generated content is becoming increasingly important for both regulators and social platforms.
Benefits for brands include:
- Helps meet platform-specific AI disclosure requirements.
- Improves audience trust through transparent content practices.
- Reduces the risk of publishing non-compliant content.
- Allows social teams to manage AI disclosure directly within their publishing workflow, without switching to native platforms.
This is particularly relevant for organisations operating in regions where AI transparency regulations are emerging or already in effect.
Supported Channels
Sprinklr supports AI-generated content disclosure for channels that expose AI labelling capabilities through their APIs.

How It Works
Reach out to Sprinklr for enabling this DP : PUBLISHING_MARK_AI_GENERATED_CONTENT_ENABLED
Now while creating a post, publishers can indicate whether the content was generated using AI. Depending on the selected social network, Sprinklr presents the relevant AI disclosure option and reflects the disclosure status in the post preview, where applicable.
Users can:
- Create a new social post.
- Select a supported channel.
- Mark the content as AI-generated.
- Review the channel-specific preview.
- Publish, Schedule, or Save the post.
Limitations
- The feature relies entirely on user input and does not automatically detect whether content was generated using AI.
- AI disclosure settings are currently available only during post publishing, not in comments
- Approvers are not proactively shown whether a post is marked as AI-generated. They must open the post details to verify the setting.
- AI-generated content cannot be filtered or reported on within inbound workflows because this information is not provided by social channels.
- Once a post has been published, the AI disclosure setting cannot be modified.
