Overview

Within Listening, you can create lists of Content Links to use in Listening Insights. With these Content Links, you can easily filter and route messages based on the links used in the body of a message. i.e., if you add www.forbes.com to a Content Link, you can filter out all messages sourced from www.forbes.com within a Listening Dashboard.

Create a Content Link

1. Click the New Tab icon (+) and select Listening under Sprinklr Insights depending on your environment configuration. Navigate to Listening Settings and click Content Links.

2. In the upper right corner, click + Add Content Link.

3. Enter the details and click Save to save the Content Link list.

    

4. View the data in listening dashboard.
