With data being pulled from an extensive list of sources in Sprinklr, there is always a possibility of NSFW/Objectionable data being pulled into the stream. Sprinklr possesses the ability to blur or censor the NSFW media from the pulled social media posts. Our robust ML model has been trained to detect the accounts posting NSFW media and content regularly and take further action on them as desired.
Scope of NSFW content blurring in Sprinklr Insights
Below we discuss the scope of content blurring in modern research and its use cases –
Option to Blur or Remove |
You can choose either to blur or completely remove the objectionable media being pulled in posts. This feature imparts you the complete freedom to either opt for the blurring of NSFW images or remove them completely from being visible in the pulled messages based on the level of sensitivity of the content. |
Account Level Censorship |
You might come across certain accounts in your feed which are bent on creating traction on the social platforms by regularly posting profane, vulgar, violent or insensitive media/content. You can now share these account IDs with the sprinklr support team which will further provide you with the option to either completely block these accounts or blurr their posts from your feed. These suspicious accounts will be flagged in Sprinklr to prevent any further posts from them being shown. |
Customized or Specific Blurring |
A firm or a company might have a specific requirement to blur/remove images consisting of certain items. For instance, a company might require any kind of gun violence to be removed from their feed to and be cleared from all images pertaining to guns. Similarly, a brand may require the competitor’s logo not to be shown. To tackle such specific censoring requirement, sprinklr’s Image detection model can be trained seperately for a specific image for it to be excluded or blurred in the feed. To enable blurring for a specific entity which might not already be present in the sprinklr’s Image detection model, you can reach out to our support team. |
Account Bio bases Blurring |
Some account bios or intros on social media contain nsfw links or profane keywords and are laden with triggering/nsfw/objectionable content. Sprinklr’s ML model is trained to detect such nsfw keywords in the social media bios and blur out such accounts. |
Note: The blurring feature of NSFW media is completely Configuration based, i.e., you have to reach out to our support tem to enable this feature for your environment. |
