Copilot said: Branded Survey Links help strengthen brand recognition and build respondent trust by allowing you to use your organization's branding within survey URLs. You can configure the following:
Custom Subdomains: For example, feedback-brandname.sprinklr.com
Custom Domains: For example, feedback.brandname.com
Using branded links helps you:
Improve survey recognition and credibility.
Create a more professional respondent experience.
Maintain consistency with your organization's digital identity.
Business Use Cases
Enhancing Brand Credibility: Custom branded URLs help display the company’s name directly in the survey link, allowing businesses to build trust and reinforce their brand identity. This approach makes surveys appear more legitimate and professional, resulting in improved response rates and stronger customer engagement.
Reducing Survey Abandonment: Branded survey URLs help to clearly reflect the organization's identity. Businesses can enhance user confidence, reduce abandonment, and ensure participants feel secure and engaged while completing surveys.
Supporting Multi-Brand Survey Programs: Organizations that manage multiple brands, business units, or programs often need separate survey URLs to maintain a consistent brand experience and avoid respondent confusion. With distribution-level custom domain and subdomain configuration, each survey distribution can use a unique branded URL that aligns with the specific brand or program it represents. This ensures respondents interact with a survey link that matches the brand they engaged with, helping reinforce brand identity and trust throughout the survey journey.
Branded survey URLs play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships by ensuring a seamless and trustworthy experience. They provide brand consistency, creating a unified brand presence across all customer touchpoints. This in turn drives increased trust and engagement, as users are more likely to respond to surveys that come from recognizable and credible links. Ultimately, organizations benefit from improved response rates, since branded URLs enhance user confidence and encourage higher participation in feedback activities.
