Scheduled Export CFM

Updated

The Scheduled Exports feature in CFM Analytics allows you to automate dashboard exports from your custom dashboards. You can set up recurring deliveries of reports in multiple formats, such as PDF, Excel, PNG, PPT, or CSV, so stakeholders receive insights at regular intervals without any manual effort from you.

You can configure export schedules, choose recipients, and apply filters directly within your CFM Custom Dashboards, ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

Business Use Case

  • Removes manual effort in exporting dashboards.

  • Ensures regular delivery of updated metrics and reports to stakeholders.

  • Allows automated, branded exports in desired formats and structures.

This feature improves the consistency and timeliness of report delivery, reduces repetitive manual tasks for analysts, and supports multi‑format exports with integration options such as FTP, SFTP, and S3, ensuring reports are delivered efficiently and in the formats your workflows require.
