Configure Details in your Posts using Show Properties & Time Axis in Editorial Calendar

Updated

The Time Axis and Post Card Properties options in the Editorial Calendar help you view and manage content more efficiently. The Time Axis organizes messages by hour, making it easier to track scheduled posts throughout the day, while Post Card Properties allow you to display key post details directly on the message card for quick reference.

This article explains how to enable or disable the Time Axis and configure Post Card Properties in the Editorial Calendar.

Show or Hide Time Axis

The Time Axis displays messages in an hourly layout within the Editorial Calendar. A 24-hour scale appears on the left side of the calendar, allowing you to quickly navigate to a specific time of day without scrolling through the entire calendar.

To enable the Time Axis:

  1. Navigate to the Editorial Calendar and click the ellipsis (...) in the top right corner.

  2. Select View Options from the menu.

  3. Turn on the Show Time Axis toggle.

When enabled, posts are displayed against an hourly timeline. When disabled, the Editorial Calendar returns to the standard view.
