Sprinklr Copilot for Marketing in the Editorial Calendar allows you to discover campaigns, sub-campaigns, and tasks using natural language.

Instead of navigating views or applying filters manually, you can enter queries like “Show campaigns from last month,” and Copilot surfaces the relevant entities directly in the Editorial Calendar. This helps you quickly find marketing entities, navigate campaign structures, and take action using options like applying filters or viewing detailed results.

Prerequisites

Ensure the following Dynamic Properties (DPs) are configured to use campaign discovery:

Notes:

  • If COPILOT_MKT_ENTITIES_ENABLED is false, Copilot supports only social content and does not return campaign-related results.

  • When SOCIAL_COPILOT_GOVERNANCE_DISABLED is false, you can configure access through roles for specific users.

Sprinklr Copilot Capabilities

Sprinklr Copilot helps you discover and act on marketing entities through the following capabilities:

  • Discover campaigns with natural language: Enter queries to find campaigns, sub-campaigns, and tasks directly in the Editorial Calendar.

  • Apply filters and navigate automatically: Copilot applies filters based on your query and switches views when required.

  • Take action directly from results: Use built-in actions such as:

    • Apply Filters

    • Switch View

    • View Drilldown (open detailed results in a third pane)

  • Explore suggestions with Campaign Discovery: Select suggested queries or categories to quickly explore campaigns without typing from scratch.

  • Use automatic date filtering: Include a time range in your query to let Copilot refine results automatically.

  • Answer common queries with FAQ support: Use FAQ prompts to fetch accurate answers from knowledge sources such as knowledge base articles, past cases, and documents. Copilot retrieves and generates contextual responses based on trusted content.

Using Sprinklr Copilot Features

Use the Copilot panel in the Editorial Calendar to run queries, explore suggestions, and manage conversations.

  • Start a new chat: Click the New Chat icon to begin a fresh conversation. This clears previous context and lets you run a new query independently.

  • Use suggested queries: When you open Copilot, it displays suggested queries such as:

    • Summarise Calendar

    • Show posts which failed to publish

    • Show posts which are pending on me for approval

    Click a suggestion to run it instantly without typing. This helps you get started quickly.

  • Enter custom queries: Use the input field Ask Sprinklr Copilot anything to type queries in natural language.

    For example, you can search for campaigns, posts, or filtered results.

  • Access more suggestions: Click More Suggestions to view additional query options and explore more supported use cases.

  • View chat history: Click the Show Chat History icon to open your previous conversations.

    You can:

    • Review past queries and responses

    • Switch between conversations

  • Manage conversations: From the chat history panel, use the options menu to:

    • Edit: Rename a conversation

    • Share: Share with other users

    • External Link: Generate a shareable link

    • Delete: Remove a conversation
