Reporting Metrics Supported in All Cases Views

This article contains the list of various metrics and dimensions supported in the All Cases tab.

List of Metrics Supported in All Cases

  1. Screen Recording Count: The number of cases in which a screen recording is attached or captured. This typically reflects how many user sessions, issue reproductions, or validation recordings are available for that specific work queue or case group.

  2. All Work Queue: It displays the complete list of all work queues that the case has been associated with throughout its lifecycle. If the case has moved through multiple queues, each queue will be shown on a separate row.

  3. Current Work Queue: It indicates the work queue where the case is currently assigned.

  4. Last Work Queue: It indicates the work queue where the case was assigned immediately before being moved to the Current Work Queue. This helps track the most recent transition in the workflow.
