Channel-Based Catalog Integrations 

  • For Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram): Catalog from your Facebook Business Manager must be integrated with Sprinklr to enable centralized product management and consistent data across these channels. For more information, see How to sync Product Catalogs in Sprinklr.

  • For other channels: Use the Product Catalog APIs available on Sprinklr's Developer Portal to add and update products from external sources. These APIs allow you to create, read, update and delete products using the unique identifiers in each product catalog.
