How Collaborative Posts Are Reported in Unified Analytics and Unified Performance Analytics
Updated
Sprinklr removes duplicate collaborative post records from Unified Analytics and Unified Performance Analytics when the same collaborative post is ingested from multiple associated brands, regions, or collaborator accounts. This ensures that collaborative posts are counted only once and prevents inflated performance metrics in analytics reports.
When duplicate records exist, Sprinklr retains a single reporting record based on the collaboration setup and removes duplicate records where applicable.
Reporting behaviour
Sprinklr determines which collaborative post is used for reporting based on the availability of the primary post.
If the primary post is available, Sprinklr reports metrics on the primary post and removes duplicate collaborative post records.
If the primary post is unavailable in a sponsored collaboration, Sprinklr reports metrics on the sponsor post and removes duplicate collaborative post records where applicable.
If a collaboration does not include an ads push (paid promotion of a collaborative post), Sprinklr continues to report all collaborative post records.
