Manager View

The manager view enables managers to monitor team performance, track game progress, and manage player participation.

Note: Managers can view all games that include their direct and indirect reportees. They can add or remove players, adjust player targets, and update limited game configuration fields. Full administrative settings are not available in the manager view.

Access the Manager View

  1. Navigate to the Gamification module.

  2. From the home screen, select Manager View.

Result: The Manager View opens and displays Active Games, Upcoming Games, and Completed Games, along with access to the Overview Dashboard, Leaderboard, and Drilldowns.

View Active Games

Active Games show all currently running games that include your team members.

  1. Select Active Games.

  2. Review the list of live games and their details.

For each active game, you can view:

  • The game name, which you can select to open the game’s overview, leaderboard, or drilldown views.

  • A description summarising the game’s purpose and objectives.

  • The current status, such as Draft, Upcoming, Initialising, Active, or Completed.

  • The game type, indicating whether scoring resets daily or accumulates over the game duration.

  • The game duration, including start and end dates.

  • The number of configured goals.

  • The number of participating users.

  • The total achievable points across all goals.

  • The average points scored by all players.

  • The highest score achieved and the top-performing player.

  • The game owner.

  • The last modified date and time, along with the user who made the update.

Note: From Active Games, you can review team performance, drill into records, and make limited updates such as managing players or adjusting targets.

View Upcoming Games

Upcoming games include all games assigned to your team that are configured but not yet active.

  1. Select Upcoming Games.

  2. Review the list of scheduled or queued games.

For each upcoming game, you can view:

  • The game name and a brief description.

  • The status, such as 'Upcoming' or 'Queued'.

  • The game type (Daily or Cumulative).

  • The configured start and end dates.

  • The number of goals and assigned users.

  • The total achievable points once the game starts.

  • The game owner.

  • The last modified date and time, along with the user who made the update.

Note: You can verify configurations and make limited changes—such as adding players or adjusting targets—before the game goes live.

View Completed Games

Completed games include all games that have finished and are available for historical analysis.

  1. Select Completed Games.

  2. Review the list and final details for each game.

For each completed game, you can see:

  • The game name has a status of Completed.

  • The game type used for scoring.

  • A summary of the game’s objectives.

  • The start and end dates during which the game ran.

  • The number of goals and participating users.

  • The maximum achievable points.

  • The final average score across all players.

  • The highest final score and the top performer.

  • The game owner.

  • The last modified date and time, along with the user who made the final update.

Note: Completed games are locked and cannot be edited. Use this view to analyse historical results and identify performance trends.

View the overview dashboard

The Overview Dashboard provides daily and cumulative performance metrics for all team members within a game.

  1. Open any Active or Completed game.

  2. Select Overview.

  3. Review performance data for each player, including:

    • Rank within the team or overall leaderboard.

    • Total points earned in the game.

    • Today’s earned points.

    • Daily achievement against AHT targets.

    • Cumulative AHT-based points.

    • Daily CSAT achievement, where applicable.

Note: Use these metrics to identify top performers and highlight players who may need additional coaching or support.

View the Leaderboard

The leaderboard provides a consolidated ranking of players based on points and goal progress.

  1. Open any game.

  2. Select the Leaderboard tab.

  3. Review leaderboard entries for up to 300 players.

  4. For each player, review the rank, name, total points, and goal-specific progress such as interaction logging or calling goals.

  5. Use the Rank Basis option to switch between overall rankings and goal-specific views.

Note: A player’s rank is visible even if they fall outside the top 300.
