Nudges are also supported in Changesets, enabling seamless migration across production environments.This enhancement simplifies deployments, reduces the risk of configuration inconsistencies, and improves operational efficiency by ensuring a reliable and consistent setup across environments.​

Migrating Agent Nudge through Outbound Changeset

1. Navigate to Launchpad. Under the Platform Modules, click All Settings within Settings.

2. On the Settings screen, under General, click Sandbox Manager from the left pane and select Outbound Change Sets.

3. On the Outbound Change Sets screen, click Create New on the top right corner.

   ​

4. On the Outbound Change Sets screen, fill in the required details.

5. Select Nudge from the Entities to Transfer drop down list.

6. Under the Preview of Objects section, select the nudge that you want to migrate to the destination enviroment.

7. Click Save in the bottom right corner.

   Field	Description
   Name	Enter a unique name for your outbound changeset.
   Description	Enter the description of the outbound changeset.
   Tags	Either create a new tag or add an existing tag from the drop-down menu.
   Update if exist	New object(s) get created and existing object(s) get updated.
   Skip if exists	Only new object(s) will be created. Any existing object(s) with same ID in the destination will be skipped during deployment.
   User selected updates only	Check the circle if Only new object(s) get created and user selected object(s) get updated. Any dependent entity, if it exists, gets skipped in the destination.
   Destination	Select the destination environment from the drop-down menu.
   Entities to Transfer	Select the desired entities to migrate from the drop-down list. For Agent Nudges migration, choose Nudge from the dropdown list. ​
   Filters	Set the filter based on the properties of the entity. You can filter an entity based on the following filters: Created By Created Date Modified Date Workspace Name Note: There can be additional options to filter depending on the entities selected.
   Preview of Objects	Preview and select the entities which you wish to transfer. You will be able to view all the entities that match the filter properties. All the Nudges available in the source environment based on the selected entity type and filters are displayed. Select the desired nudge to transfer from your current environment to the destination environment.
