Player View
Updated
The player view helps you track your progress across games, review rankings, and measure performance against defined goals.
Access the Player View
Navigate to the Gamification module.
From the home screen, select Player View.
Result: The player view opens and displays three sections: Active Games, Upcoming Games, and Completed Games.
View Active Games
Active games are currently running and actively tracking your performance.
Select Active Games.
Review the list of ongoing games.
View the details available for each game.
For each active game, you can see:
The game name can be selected to open the game’s overview, leaderboard, or drilldown views.
A description outlining the purpose and objectives of the game.
The current status can be Draft, Upcoming, Initialising, Active, or Completed.
The game type indicates whether scoring resets daily or accumulates over the game’s duration.
The start and end dates of the game.
The total number of goals is configured.
The number of participating users.
The maximum achievable points across all goals.
The average points scored by all players.
The highest score achieved and the top-performing player.
The last modified date and time.
Your current rank among all players.
The list of game managers.
Select a game to open it.
Use the Overview or Leaderboard tab to review your performance.

View Upcoming Games
Upcoming games are configured but have not started yet.
Select Upcoming Games.
Review the list of scheduled or queued games and their details.
For each upcoming game, you can view:
The game name and a brief description.
The status can be 'Upcoming' or 'Queued'.
The game type (Daily or Cumulative).
The configured start and end dates.
The number of goals and assigned users.
The total achievable points once the game goes live.
The game owner.
The last modified date and time, along with the user who made the update, are included.
Note: Rankings, points, and performance metrics become available only after the game is active.
View Completed Games
Completed games have finished and are available for reference.
Select Completed Games.
Review the historical list of completed games.
For each completed game, you can see:
The game name and confirmation that the status is Completed.
The game type used for scoring.
A summary of the game’s objectives.
The start and end dates during which the game ran.
The number of goals and participating users.
The maximum achievable points.
The final average score across all players.
The highest score achieved and the top performer.
The game owner.
The last modified date and time and the user who made the final update.
Note: Completed games are locked and cannot be edited.
View the Game Overview
The Overview tab provides a summary of your performance in a selected game.
Open any Active or Completed game.
Select Overview.
Review the performance metrics, including:
Your rank, which is visible even if you are outside the top 300 players.
Your total points earned in the game.
Today’s points are available for daily games only.
Achievement percentage, shown per day for daily games or overall for cumulative games.
View the Leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks players based on points earned.
Open any game.
Select the Leaderboard tab.
Choose a ranking view from the Rank Basis dropdown:
Total points to view overall rankings.
Goal-by-goal points to view rankings for a specific goal.
Select Apply.
Review player rankings, names, total points, and goal-specific scores.
