Supervisor View

The Supervisor View enables supervisors to monitor the performance of their direct, indirect, and group-level reportees across all assigned games.
Note: Supervisors have full visibility into games involving their reportees. They can review team-level and individual-level performance, track KPI-based achievements, open drilldowns, and use the Team Performance and Leaderboard dashboards. Supervisors cannot edit game configurations.
Access the Supervisor View
Navigate to the Gamification module.
Select Supervisor View.
Result: The Supervisor View opens with access to Active Games, Upcoming Games, Completed Games, Team Performance, and the Leaderboard from the top navigation.
View Active Games
Active Games display all ongoing games in which your reportees are participating.
Select Active Games.
Review the performance summaries for each game. Games are grouped by reportee for easier comparison.
For each game, you can review:
Game name, status, and game type.
Game duration and number of goals.
Leaderboard rank and points earned by the reportee.
Average points, top performer points, and top performer name.
The list of game managers.
Use the visibility filter to control the scope of data displayed:
My Reportees – Direct reportees only.
My Team – All employees reporting to the supervisor.
My Team Groups – Assigned team groups.
All Teams – A consolidated view of all available team groups.
Note: Use this view to monitor progress, surface performance gaps, and prepare for coaching discussions.
View Upcoming Games
Upcoming Games shows all scheduled games that involve your team.
Select Upcoming Games.
Review the list of games planned for future dates.
For each upcoming game, you can view:
The game name and status (Upcoming or Queued).
The game type (Daily or Cumulative).
The start and end dates.
The number of configured goals.
The assigned game managers.
Note: Use this view to prepare your team for upcoming KPIs and planned activities.
View Completed Games
The completed games list all games that have concluded.
Select Completed Games.
Review the final performance summaries.
For each completed game, you can analyse the following:
The game name and duration.
The number of goals.
The final leaderboard rank and points earned.
Average points, top performer points, and the top performer.
The associated game manager.
Note: Completed games are locked. Use this view to identify long-term performance trends and recognise high achievers.
View Goal-Level Performance (Third Pane)
The third pane provides detailed, goal-level metrics for a specific employee within a game.
From any game list, select the Info icon next to a game.
Result: A third pane opens on the right, displaying goal-level performance for the selected employee.
Review performance details for each goal, including:
Today’s achievement, which reflects daily progress against the goal.
Points earned to date, which show cumulative progress across the entire game.
Note: Daily goals reset each day and award points based on daily completion. Cumulative goals track progress across the full game duration and award points as completion increases.
Use the Team Performance tab
The Team Performance tab provides a consolidated view of team progress across KPIs.
Select Team Performance.
Review performance data for each team member, including:
User name and leaderboard rank.
Total points earned.
Points earned today.
Daily AHT achievement and cumulative AHT points.
Daily CSAT achievement, where applicable.
Note: Use this tab to compare team members, identify coaching needs, and recognise strong performance.
Use the leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks employees based on cumulative and goal-specific performance.
Select the Leaderboard tab.
Review employee rank, name, total points, and goal progress such as interaction logging or calling goals.
Use the Rank Basis option to switch between overall rankings and goal-specific standings.
Note: Use the Leaderboard to track overall standings and quickly identify top performers or employees who may need additional support.
