Watcher View

The Watcher View allows users to monitor game progress and player performance across all assigned games.
Note: The Watcher View is strictly read-only. Watchers can view games, open dashboards, access drilldowns, and analyse player-level performance but cannot modify game configuration, players, targets, or scoring.
Access the Watcher View
Navigate to the Gamification module.
From the home screen, select Watcher View.
Result: The Watcher View opens and displays Active Games, Upcoming Games, and Completed Games.
View Active Games
Active Games display all live games where participants are currently earning points.
Select Active Games.
Review the list of active games and their details.
For each active game, you can view:
The game name, which you can select to open the game’s overview, leaderboard, or drilldown views.
A description summarising the game’s objectives.
The current status, such as Draft, Upcoming, Initialising, Active, or Completed.
The game type, indicating whether points reset daily or accumulate over the full duration.
The start and end dates of the game.
The number of configured goals.
The number of participating users.
The maximum achievable points available across all goals.
The average points scored by all players.
The highest score achieved and the top-performing player.
The game owner.
The last modified date and time, along with the user who made the update.
View Upcoming Games
Upcoming games include all scheduled games that have not yet started.
Select Upcoming Games.
Review the list of queued or scheduled games.
For each upcoming game, you can view:
The game name and description.
The status, such as 'Upcoming' or 'Queued'.
The game type (Daily or Cumulative).
The configured start and end dates.
The number of goals and assigned users.
The total achievable points once the game becomes active.
The game owner.
The last modified date and time, along with the user who made the update.
Note: Watchers can review game configurations but cannot make changes.
View Completed Games
The 'Completed Games' list all games that have finished.
Select Completed Games.
Review the list of completed games and their final details.
For each completed game, you can see:
The game name has a status of Completed.
The game type used for scoring.
A summary of the game’s objectives.
The start and end dates during which the game ran.
The number of goals and participating users.
The maximum achievable points.
The final average score across all players.
The highest final score and the top performer.
The game owner.
The last modified date and time, along with the user who made the final update.
Note: Completed games are locked. Watchers can analyse historical performance but cannot reopen or edit games.
View the overview dashboard.
The Overview Dashboard provides high-level performance insights for players in active and completed games.
Open any Active or Completed game.
Select Overview.
Review the available metrics, including:
Rank within the game.
Total points accumulated.
Today’s earned points.
Daily achievement against AHT targets.
Cumulative AHT-based points.
Daily CSAT achievement, where applicable.
Note: Watchers can observe performance trends but cannot modify goals, targets, or scoring logic.
View the Leaderboard
The leaderboard displays player rankings and goal-specific progress.
Open any game.
Select the Leaderboard tab.
Review player rankings, including rank, name, total points, and progress for goals such as interaction logging or calling.
Use the Rank Basis option to switch between overall rankings and goal-specific views.
Note: The leaderboard displays up to 300 players.
A player’s individual rank is always visible, regardless of position.
The top performer’s name and points are highlighted at the top of the list.
