You can import and export all the Sprinklr Social entities via excel from Configurator within the Platform Settings. This capability enables you to create entities by bulk uploading and downloading, saving your time and effort.

The following entities can be imported and exported:

To Import Entities

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under Governance Console, click All Settings within Platform Setup.

2. From the left pane of the Platform Settings window, click Imports & Exports, and then on Import Configurations.

3. In the top right corner of the Import Configurations window, click Import from excel.

4. On the Import pop-up window, click Browse and select an excel file containing data from your system. After uploading the file, click Import in the bottom right corner.

To Export Entities

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under Governance Console, click All Settings within Platform Setup.

2. From the left pane of the Platform Settings window, click Imports & Exports, and then on Export Platform Configurations.

3. Choose the entity you want to export from the list, then click Export either at the top of the screen or from the Options menu next to the selected entity.

4. On the Export pop-up window, fill in the required details and click Export.

5. Click Export. You will receive a notification once your export has been generated and is ready to download.
