Conversational Insights Column in Engagement Dashboard

You can configure Conversational Insights columns within Engagement Dashboards to view a stream of message content based on the conversation. You can also set additional parameters to further restrict the conversation-level data you see.

Using a Conversational Insights column, you can monitor messages relevant to a specific conversation.

To create a Conversational Insights column

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Social, click Engagement Dashboards within Engagement.

  2. On the Engagement dashboard, click Add Column in the top right corner.

  3. On the Add Column window, select Listening as the column type. You can also search for it in the search bar above.

  4. On the Add New Listening Column window, select Conversations.

  5. Fill in the details for your Conversations columns. For more information, have a look at the descriptions.

  6. Click Create Column in the bottom right corner to create the column.

Once the column is successfully added to the dashboard, you will see a stream of messages that fit the criteria you set within the column.

Conversations Column – Field Descriptions

Column

Field Description

Name

Enter a name for your column. This name will appear at the top of the column to identify it in the Engagement dashboard.

Description

Enter an optional description for your column.

Topic Groups

Select a topic group from the drop-down list for which you would want the messages to appear.

Topics

Select a topic for which you would want the messages to appear in the column.

Topic Tags

Include any topic list tags to filter your column.

Theme Tags

Include any theme list tags to filter your column.

Themes

Select appropriate themes from the drop-down.

Domain Lists

Enter any domain lists you would like your column to be filtered by.

Keyword Lists

Enter keyword lists you would like your column to be filtered by.

Source Type

Select a source channel to restrict messages to a selected source, like Twitter, Facebook, Expedia, etc.

Domain Lists Tags

Include any domain list tags to filter your column by.

Workflow Properties

Select the workflow properties that should be present in the column filters.

Custom Properties

Select the custom properties that should be present on content in the column to filter results.
