Export Contact Driver

Updated

You can export specific versions of a Contact Driver Model to download and review model definitions outside the platform. This capability supports governance, audits, reviews, and offline analysis of Contact Driver configurations.

The export process is available from multiple entry points and works consistently across all Contact Driver Model versions.

Supported Export Scenarios

The system supports exporting Contact Driver Model versions in the following scenarios:

  1. Export any individual version of a Contact Driver Model

  2. Export from both:

  1. Contact Driver Model Versions (Third pane view)

  2. Contact Driver Model Record Manager (RM)

Each export action applies only to the selected Contact Driver Model version.
