CASE_FIXED_SLA_MEASUREMENTS_ENABLED | If we enable this DP then all widgets where case response SLA are used will be affected and if any of those widget have a queue filter already, will make the metric "zero". Safer alternative is to use the following filter in the widget where case response SLA is being used - Ignore Multiple Queue records = True. |
