Configure Websites as Knowledge Source in Agent Copilot

You can enhance your Agent Copilot's responses by adding website URLs as content sources. This allows the Agent Copilot to reference information from specified websites when answering user queries.
Note: A maximum of 1000 pages can be indexed from a single website to Agent Copilot by default. This limit is governed by the Dynamic Property: 'EXTERNAL_CONTENT_THRESHOLD'
Steps to Add Website URLs
Navigate to the Knowledge Content section.
In the Website URLs tab, click Configure to open the Website URLs record manager.
Select Add Website URLs in the upper‑right corner.
In the Add Website Content window:
Enter the URLs you want the AI Agent to reference.
Select Add Sources to sync the webpage content with the model.
Click Save.
