Data Stream - Model 2 - Snowflake Data Share Setup Guide

Sprinklr DataStream Model 2 delivers your contact centre data directly into your own Snowflake environment using Snowflake Secure Data Sharing.
No data is copied or moved outside the governed sharing flow — Sprinklr publishes a live, read-only listing that you subscribe to, and your teams can query it like a native Snowflake database.
Note: Once setup is complete, DataStream tables will automatically be updated by Sprinklr every 60 minutes and remain available in your Snowflake account for analytics, reporting and downstream workflows.
Step 1: Provide Your Snowflake Details
To configure the Data Share, Sprinklr needs the following details from your Snowflake administrator:
Account Identifier and Data Share Account Identifier: Snowflake Console → Account → View account details. You can also refer to Snowflake’s
Account Region: Available on the same View account details screen, directly below Account Details.
How to locate these values: Navigate to your Snowflake account, select View account details, and note the Account Identifier, Data Share Account Identifier and Account Region.
Step 2: Sprinklr Configures the Listing
Once Sprinklr receives the required Snowflake details, the Sprinklr team will configure a dedicated Data Share Listing for your DataStream tables.
Provision the Data Share Listing for your Snowflake account.
Configure cross-region sharing if your Snowflake account is hosted in a different region.
Confirm when the listing is ready for you to subscribe.
Step 3: Subscribe to the Listing
After you receive confirmation from Sprinklr, complete the following steps in your Snowflake console.
In Snowflake, go to Data Sharing > External Sharing and locate the DataStream listing shared with your account.
Locate the Sprinklr DataStream listing. It will appear under your available shared listings.
Click Get to begin the data replication process.
When prompted, select the destination database in your Snowflake environment where you want the shared data to be available.
Note: Refresh Frequency of Sprinklr Listing: Sprinklr refreshes the shared data every 60 minutes. After setup is complete, the sync will continue automatically.
What to Expect After Setup
Data availability: Shared tables appear as a read-only database in your Snowflake account.
Schema: DataStream tables as defined in Data Dictionary are available for querying.
Intended Use and Prohibited Uses
DataStream is intended solely to support operational efficiency, service delivery, business intelligence, and process optimisation. The product is not designed or intended for employee monitoring, workplace surveillance, performance evaluation, profiling of individuals, or making decisions that materially affect an individual's employment, rights, opportunities, or access to services.
DataStream does not process biometric data for the purpose of identifying individuals and does not perform emotion recognition, affect detection, or emotion inference in the workplace.
Customers must not use DataStream in a manner inconsistent with these intended purposes and remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements as well as with Sprinklr's Acceptable Use Policy.
