Search News helps you discover news stories by clustering related posts from X into unified narratives and enabling keyword-based search across recent discussions. It organizes scattered content into structured story clusters, helping you quickly identify key themes, track developments, and analyze evolving narratives more efficiently.

Track emerging news narratives: Search News helps you identify and follow developing stories by grouping related X posts into cohesive clusters, enabling you to understand how narratives form and evolve in real time.
Monitor trending topics and conversations: You can perform keyword-based searches across recent narratives to quickly surface trending discussions, helping you stay informed about topics gaining traction across the platform.
Research public opinion and discourse: Search News enables you to explore how conversations unfold around specific topics, events, or issues by providing structured access to relevant posts, supporting deeper analysis of public sentiment and emerging viewpoints.
Prerequisites
To access Search News, you will require X News, View permissions within Trend Discovery.

Accessing Search News
Follow the steps below to access Threads Trend Discovery:
Navigate to Sprinklr Insights and then choose Trend Discovery in the Explorer section within Listen.

Navigate to the Social Channel page and then select X.

Go to Select Discovery Type page and select Search News.

In the Search News page you can go to Search term section and add a keyword or phrase and click Next.

You can choose the following filter to tailor the search:
Time Range: You can filter the results as per specific time range like Last 7 days, Last 24 hours and Last 30 days and click Apply.

Max Results: You can specify the number of posts you want to retrieve in your search and click Apply.

Note: Minimum number of posts that you can see at a go is 10 and maximum is 100.
When you select a specific news cluster, a third pane will open, offering details about the category associated with that news cluster. Additionally, within those particular news clusters, topics, individuals, and locations are organized into subsections to enhance user comprehension.
