Bulk Actions in Storyboards/Presentations

Updated

Overview

Managing large volumes of storyboards and presentations was previously a time-consuming task, as you had to perform repetitive manual actions—such as tagging, deleting, or publishing—on each item individually. This inefficiency significantly slowed down your workflow and added unnecessary frustration when handling bulk content. With the latest release, a new bulk action feature has been introduced in the manager UI, allowing you to select multiple storyboards or presentations and apply common operations all at once. This improvement streamlines your experience, reduces manual effort, and enhances overall productivity.

Key Capabilities

Action

Description

Delete

Remove multiple selected records in a single step.

Publish (P2)

Push changes made to scenes/slides across selected storyboards at once, eliminating need for individual publish actions.
