The Gen AI Widget Summarization feature in Sprinklr Display helps you quickly understand the meaning behind data visualizations.

Instead of manually interpreting charts and graphs, you can generate an AI-powered summary that explains:

• What data is being displayed
• Key trends or changes
• What the data means for your business

This is especially useful for analysts, marketing managers, and business users who need fast insights while viewing dashboards.

With widget summarization, you can:

• Understand complex visualizations instantly

• Identify trends and anomalies without deep analysis

• Save time by avoiding manual interpretation or external tools

• Get data-backed insights directly within the Display

Enable Widget Summary

In the Settings tab, enable the AI+ Widget Summarizer toggle to generate widget summaries.

Accessing Widget Summarization

1. Click Launchpad or New Tab . Navigate to Sprinklr Social.

2. From the Analyze section, under Visualizations, click Display.

3. Open a Sprinklr Display with supported widgets.

4. Locate the floating AI icon at the bottom-right of the screen. Click the icon to open the summary panel.

How It Works

When you click the AI icon:

• A summary panel overlays the Display without changing the layout
• The system generates a real-time AI summary for the selected widget
• The summary appears in a structured format with key insights

Each AI-generated summary typically covers:

1. Data Overview

• Describes what the widget is displaying
• Example: “This chart shows weekly engagement trends over the past month.”

2. Key Insights

• Highlights important trends, spikes, or drops
• Explains notable data patterns

3. Interpretation

• Provides contextual meaning of the data
• Indicates potential business impact or sentiment

Additional Actions

The following options are available at the end of the Widget Summary window. You can view these options after generating the summary.

• Copy the summary for sharing. Use the copy icon .
• Provide feedback (Like/Dislike) to improve AI responses. Use the Like/Dislike options.
• View timestamp to know when the summary was generated .
• Refresh (Refetch) to generate an updated summary if data changes. Use the Refresh icon.

Supported Experience

• Works on external Displays
• Supports selected visualization types (such as pie charts, column chart, stacked bar, stacked column, line chart and area chart). Supported Data Source is Listening Insights.

• Does not modify:

  • Widget data
  • Display layout
  • Existing configurations
